Delete your Stradena data
You own your data. You can permanently delete your Stradena account and everything we've stored about you at any time — including any information we received from Facebook or Instagram if you connected those accounts.
Option 1 — Delete from your account settings
The fastest way to delete your data is from inside Stradena while signed in.
- Sign in at stradena.com.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Scroll to Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate. Your profile, garage, RSVPs, club memberships, messages, and any Facebook or Instagram content cached via integrations are removed from our production database within 24 hours. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
Option 2 — Email us
If you can't access your account or prefer to request deletion in writing, email us:
privacy@stradena.comInclude the email address tied to your Stradena account. We'll confirm your identity, action the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it's complete.
Facebook & Instagram data
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Stradena, you have two additional options:
- Disconnect the integration from Settings → Integrations — revokes our access immediately and deletes the cached posts/media within 24 hours.
- Or, remove Stradena from your Facebook account at Facebook → Business Integrations — Facebook will notify us via a deauth webhook and we'll purge the data on receipt.
What gets deleted
- Profile & identity: name, email, profile photo, bio, location, social URLs.
- Activity: events you created or attended, club memberships, RSVPs, drives, photos you uploaded, messages you sent.
- Garage: vehicles you added, ownership history, gallery images.
- Integrations: Facebook / Instagram access tokens, cached posts, publish history.
- Notifications & logs: in-app notifications and audit logs tied to your account.
Anonymized analytics aggregates (e.g. “total RSVPs for event X”) may persist after deletion, but they cannot be linked back to you.
