Identity verification
Vehicle hosts and event organizers verify their identity before listing. Higher-trust badges are earned through track record and additional verification.
Two-way reviews
After every rental or event, both sides can leave honest feedback. We monitor patterns to spot issues early.
Secure payments
All payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment details never touch our servers, and disputes are protected by Stripe's framework.
Insurance backing
Confirmed rentals include liability and physical damage coverage during the active period. See our Insurance page for details.
24/7 support
Our Trust & Safety team monitors reports around the clock. We aim to triage urgent reports within 1 hour.
Honest moderation
We review listings, profiles, and content for compliance with our community guidelines. When something doesn't belong, we act.
Community guidelines
The Stradena community is built on a few simple principles:
- Be honest. Accurate listings, accurate event details, accurate reviews. No misrepresenting condition, mileage, location, or experience.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior — toward other users, organizers, or our team.
- Be lawful. Don't use Stradena to facilitate anything illegal. This includes street racing, unlicensed events, or vehicles operated outside of legal limits.
- Be safe. Drive within your skill. Respect speed limits on public roads. Wear seatbelts. Follow track rules at track events.
- Take care of others' property. Treat hosts' cars and event venues as you would your own.
Violations may result in warnings, listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.
Reporting an issue
If something on Stradena doesn't look right — a suspicious listing, a user behaving badly, an event that shouldn't be there, or a safety incident — please tell us:
- Email safety@stradena.com with as much detail as you can — URLs, screenshots, dates, names of any users involved.
- For copyright or legal complaints, email legal@stradena.com.
Reports are confidential. We don't share reporter identities with the person being reported, except where required by law.
