Volunteers - WHRRI Vintage Race

Registration is open for volunteers for The 2026 Waterford Hills Vintage Races.

*Please note: Track will be live from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday through Sunday.  We anticipate the schedule to look like:

• Thursday - registration and tech 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (no cars on track)
• Friday - practice & qualifying   
• Saturday - 2 races per group
• Sunday - 1 race per group

ALL pre-registered full day volunteers will be eligible for an expanded gas card program for this special weekend.  Each volunteer will also receive a commerative T-shirt.

This event is a great benefit to our club and brings high visibility around the country. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

• Flagging and Communications (corners, tower, scribe)
• Start  
• Emergency Services/Fire Rescue *with pre-approval (must be a current or previously licensed driver)
• Grid 
• Pace Car *with pre-approval (must be a current or previously licensed driver)
• Registration
• Stewards
• Tech
• Timing & Scoring
• Event Support
  • Shuttle Drivers
  • Hospitality
  • Announcer
  • Hot Dog Cart (both Turn 6 and Hilltop)
  • Parade Lap Team Lead Car, Pit Lane coverage, Paddock Gate overseeing waivers and fees)
  • Grounds Concierge (maintaining paddock, hilltop and Turn 6 for trash, parking assistance and runs to the OCSC club house for supplies, etc.)
