MSCC Subaru FL4TFEST Volunteer Staffing

The Cheesewheel.inc folks have reached out to us again to put on the autocross portion of their FL4TFEST event (https://www.giveshelter.org/events/subaru-fl4tfest), in conjunction with the Dane County Humane Society, at Madison International Speedway. We are looking for about 15-20 volunteers on August 8 to assist in helping us put this on for them. We have been providing the autocross portion for them for many years with great success.

Our involvement for this event consists of tech, corner captains (radio & flagging only), grid, start and timing & scoring.

Since this is a staffing event for MSCC and not a race event, there are no guaranteed autocross runs for us volunteers.

Please note that this staffing event is on a Saturday. 

For those who are able to help for this event, you will earn a free autocross entry to the event of your choice in the 2026 season.

9:00 AM- 10:30 AM: ONSITE CHECK-IN

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: TECH INSPECTION

9:45 AM - 10:30 AM: TRACK WALK

11:00 AM - DRIVER'S MEETING (Bus)

11:30AM - FIRST CAR ON COURSE

4:00 PM (EST)-  CLEAN UP
